I have been working as a qualified counsellor since 2006. I became a BACP accredited counsellor and a qualified supervisor of counsellors in 2008. I work at relational depth with clients, helping them to reach their full potential wherever possible. I believe that people are doing the best they can no matter how poor it seems to others. I specialise in abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, PTSD and trauma, stress, relationships (working with individuals but not couples) unemployment & work related issues. I particularly like working with women about self esteem & confidence issues.
